James Mosbaugh, President

Mr. Mosbaugh brings over 10 years of formulation chemistry experience to PanGenex. From May 2005 to April 2006, Mr. Mosbaugh served as project manager and intellectual property consultant of Nanobac Pharmaceuticals (NNBP.OB). Mr. Mosbaugh has extensive expertise in the formulation of topical OTC drugs, personal care products, nutraceutical products, and sol gel chemistry.

Mindy Rippeto, Director of Operations

Ms. Rippeto brings over 13 years of retail and operational management experience into PanGenex Corporation and is responsible for product fulfillment and operations. Prior to joining Calgenex, a subsidiary of PanGenex in 2007, Ms. Rippeto was an executive with several of the top retail brands in the country including Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor and Victoria’s Secret and her roles included responsibilities in payroll, human resources, staff development and strategic planning.

Blake Sabatinelli, Creative Media Director

Blake Sabatinelli comes to PanGenex with over eight years of experience designing and developing for some of America's most recognizable brands, including AT&T, AOL and United Airways. Mr. Sabatinelli has extensive experience in transforming brick-and-mortar businesses into successful online enterprises utilizing a number of programming languages.

Prior to joining PanGenex, Mr. Sabatinelli operated Late Night Labs, a website design firm specializing in brand development.
