BOARD OF DIRECTORS

John Stanton, Chairman

Mr. Stanton (JS) was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1948 and moved to Tampa, Fl. at the age of six. Mr. Stanton formed Calgenex, subsequently to become PanGenex, in 2006. From 1968 through 1970 Mr. Stanton served in the US Army where he spent the majority of his time based in Vietnam. While in Vietnam Mr. Stanton was awarded the bronze star for valor and the Purple Heart. After graduating from the University of South Florida in 1972, Mr. Stanton earned an MBA in 1972 and subsequently passed the CPA exam. In 1973 Mr. Stanton began his career in business with Ernst & Young and became President and CEO of Cast-Crete Corporation in 1981. In addition to serving as the Chairman, CEO and President of PanGenex and Cast-Crete, Mr. Stanton services on the board of several public companies. Mr. Stanton is a father of four, who thoroughly enjoys strategic discussion about sports, military history, politics and business.


Ronald P. Caputo, MD, Director

Dr. Caputo has over 20 years of expertise in cardiovascular medicine and is recognized as the nation’s foremost interventional cardiologist. Dr. Caputo is the Director of Cardiology at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Prior venture of AngioLink was sold to Medtronic Inc. (NYSE: MDT).
